Returns
Items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unused, and in their original condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Be free from perfume, makeup, deodorant, stains, or any other signs of wear
Any items returned without tags attached will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as Akosè cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Store Credit
Where a refund is not available, Akosè may offer store credit in the form of a voucher valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
