We hope you love your Akosè purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item subject to the terms below.
Returns
Items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unworn, unused, and in their original condition

Have all original tags attached

Be free from perfume, makeup, deodorant, stains, or any other signs of wear
Any items returned without tags attached will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as Akosè cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Once your return request has been approved, you will be provided with the return address and instructions.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved returns received within 14 days of delivery will be refunded to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Store Credit
Where a refund is not available, Akosè may offer store credit in the form of a voucher valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
